The owners and staff are phenomenal and have gone out of their way to please me. The hotel has beautiful tile work and plants all about, a gorgeous pool, surrounds kept immaculately clean. Just wish my kitchen was air conditioned as its so hot I never go in til midnight or before 10 in the morning but Fall is coming. Beds are hard to me so I bought foam toppers. All in all, a beautiful boutique hotel! I highly recommend it for a few nights or forever.
Very beautiful and quaint place to stay. Nice pool and areas to relax at. Staff is very friendly and made my stay amazing! Walking distance to beach and stores. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be coming back! Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay!

One of the best vacation hotels we've ever stayed in. The kitchenettes worked perfectly. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything. Little bit of a walk to the Centro but far enough away you don't have to deal with a bunch of tourists. You can walk the boardwalk to and from downtown. Absolutely amazing and beautiful. 5 stars.
Awesome accommodations. This checks all the right boxes, clean beautiful rooms. We had a suite with a stocked kitchen gas stove, fridge, good internet, hot shower. Even has a washroom with clothes line. The smaller rooms don't have the kitchen but there is a shared kitchen area. Clean well maintained pool, beautiful common areas with chairs tables, hammocks, grill bathroom and pool shower. A couple blocks away from downtown center with plenty of parking, little to no traffic at night The hotel entry gate is locked at 10 pm and you are provided a key. Did I mention its about a block to the beach? Only thing I can complain about is that I stayed somewhere else first
Wonderful. This small hotel is absolutely adorable. The staff are excellent, the rooms are large and well equipped, including fridges and some have kitchenettes. There is also a common kitchen. There is a pool and lots of places to lounge around. It is close to downtown Progreso but nice and quiet. We love it!
Great place to stay! Maria and her staff were very helpful when one of my children took ill and she helped arrange a taxi to our next destination. (We are traveling in bikes and my son was too sick to bicycle.) The hotel room was clean, the air conditioner worked great and the pool and hammocks outside were great places to relax.
This hostel style hotel makes me feel like I’m living out my best hippie life. Barefoot wandering with a cocktail, flowing dresses and week old unwashed hair, it doesn’t really matter when your whole take on life is wandering the beach, chilling with Matteo Cat and cooking tacos in your personal kitchenette. Whether it’s a few days or a longer stay, it’s easy to fall in love with the space. A shared pool in the inner courtyard and a fantastic location; you’ll feel like you’re in a neighborhood and less like a cruise ship tourist. The staff is phenomenal, very accommodating and helpful for anything you need!
